Here's what we improved in LIVO this month: Card payments in the mobile app with iCard Save card for future payments You can now save a card when making a payment, so residents don’t have to enter their details every time – quick, easy, and secure. Disable iCard for a specific building If a certain building shouldn’t use card payments, it can now be disabled individually. Refunds for temporary fee payments You can now easily convert a temporary fee payment – for example, into a deposit for an apartment. AI-powered transaction search (experimental) We’re introducing a new feature: intelligent search with AI for transactions. You can search using natural language – for example, "Balance for a specific month." This is just the first step – we plan to expand AI search to other areas of the system. Improvements in client management Reactivate archived clients You can now restore archived users without having to create new records. Delete clients without data To keep your registry clean and organized – you can now remove clients who have no data or history. Enhancements to issue tracking You can now clearly see whether an issue was reported via the mobile app or from the back office. Bulk payments via file import – now with individual descriptions When processing bulk payments via file, you can now enter separate descriptions for each transaction, improving clarity in the payment history. More intuitive navigation in the mobile app We’ve merged the Cashier and Building tabs to make access to core functions easier and enhance the user experience.
